Your pre-move survey
Every international removal starts with a free, no-obligation pre-move survey at your home. Our experienced surveyor will assess the volume of your belongings and walk you through every stage of the international removals process from packing and collection through to shipping and delivery at your destination.
We'll advise you on whether your items will travel in a dedicated sole-use container, or as part of a shared groupage consignment and explain the cost and timing differences between the two, so you can make the right choice for your move.
Container shipping
With a sole use container, your belongings will be packed and loaded directly outside your home before being transported to the docks for shipment. If a full container isn't required, your goods will be securely stored at our consolidation warehouse and forwarded as part of a groupage shipment with other loads heading to the same destination.
We also offer vehicle shipping, so if you're taking your car overseas, we can arrange safe and secure transportation to your new country of residence. For anything time-sensitive, we can accommodate urgent international removals via air freight, ensuring your most important items arrive when you need them.
Packing service and bar coding
Careful, expert packing is the foundation of every successful international removal. Our fully trained packing teams use professional-grade materials to wrap and protect every item in your home, from everyday belongings through to fragile, valuable, and oversized pieces.
Large items such as furniture are export wrapped or crated using our bespoke crating service, providing maximum protection throughout the shipping journey. Every item is then individually barcoded once packed, giving you complete peace of mind that nothing is lost or left behind and allowing us to account for every piece of your shipment from collection to delivery.
Individual and groupage container shipments
If you have a full container, your belongings will be loaded outside your house and taken directly to the port for shipment. If your move is not big enough to fill an entire container, your effects will be bought back to our depot and placed into a safe and secure warehouse, where they will be stored until they are ready to be loaded alongside other loads in a group shipment. Our experienced surveyor will advise you of all your individual and group shipping options during your survey and advised of the volume of your effects.
